The studio started in 1966, from a collecting experience of books on Tibetan culture. It is based on my personal love of books, and from a point in time onwards, on my interest for a number of subjects: catholic missions in Asia, history of Tibet and China particularly during the Yuan dynasty, art in Tibet India and China, art and history in Central Asia, exploration of Asia, British domination in India and cartography.
Hence two catalogues per annum sent by mail in Italy and a few abroad. Customers are welcomed at the studio to have a look at books or for conversation on subjects of mutual interest.
